FY 21 Budget Hearing
Council members present: Council President Colby Baumgarn, Darin Ray, Jon Sheehy and Rich Jespersen. Mayor Schwarzbach was absent.

Council President Baumgarn called the meeting to order.
Resolution 2021-02 – Mill Levey: Rich Jespersen moved to pass the resolution. Jon Sheehy seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution2021-03 – Garbage Levy: Jon Sheehy moved to pass the resolution. Jon Sheehy seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution 2021-04 – Law Enforcement Levy: Dain Ray moved to pass the resolution. Rich Jespersen seconded; motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution 2021-05 – Street Light Assessment: Jon Sheehy moved to pass the resolution. Darin Ray seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution 2021-06 – Levying a past due utility account: Rich Jespersen moved to pass the resolution; Jon Sheehy seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution 2021-07 – Adopting the FY 21 Budget: Jon Sheehy moved to pass the resolution. Darin Ray seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Resolution 2021-08 – BaRSAA Request for funding: Darin Ray moved to pass the resolution. Rich Jespersen seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Rich Jesperson moved to adjourn. Darin Ray seconded, motion passed.
