RESOLUTION NO. 2019-15
THE TOWN OF BIG SANDY HAS EXPENDITURES THAT WILL EXCEED THE BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the Town of Big Sandy has sufficient cash reserves to cover the cost of vehicle and equipment replacement; and
WHEREAS, Section 7-6-4021 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA) allows the Town to amend its budget; and
WHEREAS, the Town held a public hearing on April 4, 2019, on the budget amendment;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town of Big Sandy that the Town budget be amended as an increase to the following account:
#4000- Capital Improvements – M&E 430200-940 $25000.00
