Mayor Schwarzbach called the meeting to order.
Council members present Rich Jespersen, Jon Sheehy and Darin Ray, via Zoom and Colby Baumgarn via telephone.

Approval of Meeting Minutes: The March minutes were approved.
Sheriff’s Report None.
Public Comment: None
Due to the Governor’s Stay at Home Directive this was an abbreviated meeting. The agenda, the claims approval list and directions to attend the meeting via Zoom were posted on the Town’s website, as well as on the town hall window.
Jon Sheehy made a motion to approve the claims, Darin Ray seconded and the minutes were approved. The shut off list was distributed. No other business was conducted.
