Community Decay Ordinance Public Hearing
Council members present: Mayor Shaud Schwarzbach, Jon Sheehy, Rich Jespersen, Danielle Weaver and Krystyl Kulbeck
Public present: Marilyn Swanson, Linda Schwarzbach, Pat Matthew, Gene Welty, Dave Schwarzbach, Rod Courtnage, Adele Otto, Ron Otto, Raymond Courtnage, Carla Courtnage
Staff present: Wendy Kleinsasser
Mayor Schwarzbach called the meeting to order.
Rich Jespersen read the revised ordinance. After public discussion the council voted unanimously to send the ordinance onto a second reading, which will take place on May 12, 2022.
Krystyl Kulbeck moved to adjourn. Danielle Weave seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
