SPECIAL MEETING
Present: Mayor Steve Stiles and Council members Shaud Schwarzbach, Colby Baumgarn, and Ted Pursley were present
Public: None
Mayor Steve Stiles called the meeting to order.
1. Oath of Office – Darin Ray: Ted Pursley made a motion to appoint Darin Ray to fill the council position recently vacated by Fred Watstein. Shaud Schwarzbach seconded the motion; motion passed. Darin Ray was then sworn in as a Ward 1 Council Member for the Town of Big Sandy.
2. Ted Pursley moved that the Town trade in the current Bobcat for a newer one and that the Town purchase a 2017 Dodge pickup from Tilleman Motors, using the old Ford dump truck as a trade in. Shaud Schwarzbach seconded the motion; motion passed.
