REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Shaud Schwarzbach called the meeting to order.
Council members present were Colby Baumgarn, Darin Ray and Ted Pursley.

Approval of Meeting Minutes: Colby Baumgarn moved to approve the minutes from both the January meetings; Ted Pursley seconded, motion passed. The meeting scheduled for February 15, 2018, was cancelled due to a lack of quorum.
Public Comments: None
Sheriff Report: None
New Water Project: The information given at the February 8 meeting was discussed.
Bear Paw Development/Brownfield Project: The Montana DEQ guidelines for licensing a landfarm for the remediation of hydrocarbon contaminated soil (Four Way Fuel site) were distributed to the council for study
New Business
Nomination of council member/Oath of Office: Colby Baumgarn nominated Jon Sheehy to fill the vacant council position; Darin Ray seconded and the motion passed. Jon was then sworn in to represent Ward 1.
RD Amendment: Darin Ray moved that the mayor sign amendment 1 to the RD terms of conditions, increasing the debt repayment reserve by $1.00. Ted Pursley seconded, motion passed.
TTC grant: Ted Pursley moved that the town purchase a Visio 65 inch flat screen tv for use in video conferencing, using the grant funds awarded to the town by Triangle Telephone. Jon Sheey seconded, motion passed.
KLJ Task Order: Colby Baumgarn moved that the mayor sign the task order for KLJ, regarding the archaeology consultant need for the water project and the preparing the discharge permit application. Darin Ray seconded, motion passed.
Snow Removal: The council discussed snow removal around town. There are problems with the snow piled up at the bank that may affect other properties. A courtesy call to the bank manager was made and it is hoped the bank will take care of the problem. Plans to deal with the snow were discussed and public works will be informed.
Old Business
Charge for Inactive/Vacant properties connected to water and sewer system: There will be a work meeting at 6 p.m. on March 6 to work on this.

Claims: Darin Ray moved to accept the claims. Jon Sheehy seconded; motion passed.
General Journal Voucher Ted Pursley moved to approve JV 2018-07. Colby Baumgarn seconded, motion passed.
