Regular Meeting
Mayor Schwarzbach called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Council members present: Jon Sheehy, Rich Jespersen and Danielle Weaver
Staff present: Wendy Kleinsasser
Public: Denis Hale, Bog and Diane Scalese
Approval of Meeting Minutes: Jon Sheehy moved to approve the November meeting minutes. Danielle Weaver seconded and the motion passed.
Sheriff’s Report: Dennis Hale reported that the county has hired two new deputies.
Public Comment: None.
Pivot: Nothing new
New Pool report: Still waiting to hear about the land and water grant, which should be in March. There have been some new donations. As of this date, there has been over $25,000.00 in donations in December.
KLJ: No one from KLJ was in attendance. Shaud reported that DEQ kicked everything back to KLJ due to ammonia and chlorine being in the same room in the new treatment building. This creates a safety hazard.
Bear Paw Development: No one from Bear Paw was in attendance.
New Business
Hall account: The Clerk will contact the county regarding this as the Council will not write this off.
Old Business
Community Decay: There is a court hearing scheduled for December 20 with the three property owners who have been cited.
Firemen’s Interlocal: The Clerk will contact MMIA to get a figure on what the town paid for in FY2023
Committee Reports: None

Public Works: None
Clerk: The shut off list was distributed electronically.
The correspondence was distributed.
Claims: Rich Jespersen moved to accept the claims; Danielle Weaver seconded; motion passed.
General Journal Voucher: Rich Jespersen moved to accept JV 2024-05. Danielle Weaver seconded; motion passed.
The next meeting will be held January 11.
Rich Jespersen moved to adjourn. Danielle Weaver seconded and the motion passed.
