Mayor Schwarzbach called the meeting to order.
olby Baumgarn moved to pass Resolution 2022-15 – Budget Amendment and Creation of an Economic Development Fund. Rich Jespersen seconded and the motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
The meeting was adjourned.
